The Tel-Set TS1(TM) headset ready telephone, engineered and designed to interface with computer software dialing applications, is the first true commercial-quality PC telephone. Tel-Set TS1(TM) technology provides unmatched sound quality and performance and can be used with any AI headset. It's unique dedicated 'dialer-in' port allows direct connection to both dialer and phone line, increasing efficiency of dialed calls, and eliminating unauthorized calls with the dial-padless design. Easy sliding volume control and silent mute capability provides complete functionality with precision sound.

The built-in utility port allows a supervisor to plug in and monitor an agentfs call. In addition, the utility port may be used as a recording port, allowing a recording device to easily be attached.

The Tel-Set TS1(TM) is FCC-approved and ETL certified to meet global safety telecommunication standards. It also complies with UL standard 1950 and has extensive built-in safety features, including compression and limiting circuitry.
